I started running in 2010, my marriage had broken up and a friend suggested I give running a try, so I signed up for the J2J 5k, she. I crossed the finish line I was hooked. Not only did running make me feel happy but it also helped me get over social anxiety, something I’d suffered since my teens. I’m now running my 10th half marathon this year, and also achieved 4 Half Ironman. The feeling running gives me is irreplaceable and life changing.
