Run Sweat Shine

Lisa Amstutz: “I started running about 6 years ago to lose weight but really did not enjoy it. (I’ve lost and kept off now 20+ lbs) Over the years I’ve come to love running both for fitness and mental clarity.It has not only helped me lose weight but helped me in having a healthy pregnancy which I was able to stay in shape with running a few months and then continued walking and lifting. I love running as family with my husband and son. This picture is me finishing my longest race in over a year- a 10k in November! I’m so excited to see what I can do in 2018!! My goal is 1 race a month and to get my 5k time down to 28 min and my 10k to under an hour! Running helps me stay strong for myself and my family!”
