I need help with motivation to get out running

I skipped my run this morning and stayed in bed the entire day due to depression. I’m signed up for a 50 mile race that’s happening in 5 weeks. I’m planning on making my run up tomorrow but need help with motivation. I have no desire to do anything anymore after a sad breakup. I feel like my life no longer has purpose and I can’t find joy in very much anymore.
