Iced Coconut Coffee

This is what you call an island-style alarm clock.

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 ounces coconut milk

1 ounce coconut water

1 1/2 ounces vodka

1/2 ounce Galliano

2 ounces espresso

Sweetener as desired

Ice

PREPARATION

In a blender, process coconut milk, coconut water, vodka and Galliano. In a tall glass, pour espresso, sweetened to taste, in an ice-filled gass. Pour coconut mixture over coffee and ice. Recipe can be doubled to serve 2.
