Michelle needs your help:
“I have some questions for you all. I want to start running. I have lost like 37 lbs so far and workout about 3-4 days a week. I admire people who run and could watch them all day. I want to run a 5K at some pt. I have tried running on a treadmill and my gosh my calves feel as they are going to bust right open. I have tried stretching them as well. What are some things to help with that? Also thinking of doing the C25K app on my phone, is it better to do it outside or treadmill? I don’t walk long miles, so do you think I won’t be able to run for longer periods? My goal is to run that 5K next year.. Any suggestions or help would be awesome.. Thank you!”
