Any Advice for my FIRST 5K?

I’m crying as I post this because I am so upset. I’m in my final week of training for my FIRST 5K, (It’s on Saturday!!!) I have been doing so well! Last week, my right knee started hurting horribly. I’ve been doing extra stretches and even bought a knee brace thinking it would help alleviate the pain. Today I had an 18 minute run- I only made it 7 minutes before I burst into tears on the side of the road and had to sit down because the pain was so bad. I am so nervous because my first 5K is this weekend, and i’ve honestly been working so hard and don’t know what to do.
Does anyone have any advice?
