We will ship regular orders within 1-2 business days. Most of jewelry products will be shipped immediately. Some of the custom to order products takes longer(3-5 days) to ship.

Yes. After your order is completed with cleared payment, you will received an email notification with USPS or UPS tracking number.

We accept Visa card, Master card, American Express, and Discover.  This is a SSL secure site through authorize.net AIM gateway.  Your credit card number will NOT be stored on our server and will be removed immediately after the payment went through.  You can also choose Paypal payment option if you already has an account with Paypal.

Yes. You can return and get full refund of your order within 30 days. Just contact us by email for an authorization code.
